Japanese - Kiritsuke Knives


A Kiritsuke knife is a Japanese all purpose blade with the "K-Tip" signifying it's style and use.

The lower tip at the end of the blade give you a tip which levels up with the middle of the handle. This give more control to the tip of the knife for those experienced with the K-Tip. 

The K-Tip also adds weight to the tip which makes it easier to chop and slice onions, apples, carrots - just about anything using the tip of the knife in a downward movement.
